So I found a car on CarGurus. I REALLY loved the car and I expressed this to Leo at Fincher after reaching out to try and purchase the vehicle. Leo made me believe that he had gotten the perfect deal for me. I drove ONE HOUR and Five minutes to this dealership only for Leo to tell me the car was sold, but he had something else for me. I was livid! I dont know whats worse... car salesmen or politicians. He basically had the attitude of oh you need a car just take what I offer you. Which wouldve been ok if he was honest before a drove an HOUR with my mind set on a certain car. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They wasted my time and they do not care about the customers, only making a sale. No integrity!!

We cannot hold a vehicle without earnest money. He should of made it clear to you all. I have emailed your son to reimburse him for the mechanical inspection he paid. My son was going to buy a jeep from here for his son..So since I live here we went and saw the jeep .They agreed on a price but since my son was having it shipped to MS. Richard told him he had to have an inspection which found a few things and Richard said their mechanic would check them out and he would call in the morning...150 was spent on Inspection and transport arranged and that night they said they sold it...after price qas agreed on and they wouldn't sell it until inspection was done..Don't waste your time here...Not the Texan way...they will say first come first serve but that didn't happen.

Walked in with a truck in mind and was immediately greeted by Richard. What followed was one of the easiest and most streamline vehicle purchases I have experienced. Terrible experience, bought the car transmission broke and they tried to blame it on me. They supposedly fixed it and the transmission was stills leaking. And on top of that the radio broke as well and said Im on my own , has the car 7 days until the trans broke as well never buy a car here salesman was an ***hole
