Please do not trust this agency. I have paid $3000 to book my spot for Hajj in 2020 and due to pandemic everything got cancelled. I called them in 2020 to defer my plan for a later year and the person, Jamir did not want to hear anything but was saying they are busy with all the umrah bookings. I have been trying to connect with them but they never pick up any phone call. It's been two years and I am not sure if they will ever communicate back. I understand things are difficult at this time but what surprises me is that they do not communicate and do not respond. I will never recommend anyone to this agency.

05/31/22 UPDATE - The City of Chicago has issued a violation for this business for deceptive practices. DON''T RISK YOUR MONEY. HAJJ/UMRAH TRAVELERS BEWARE PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING A HAJJ/UMRAH PACKAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked Hajj Package with them in 2021 and gave them $1500 deposit. On May 31, 2021, I received an email from them that they were not going to participate in the 2021 Hajj and asking whether the deposit should be refunded or be used towards the 2022 Hajj. I requested a refund and they confirmed that they will process the refund. Almost 7 months have passed and I still have not received the refund which they themselves promised to send on May 31, 2021. Once you give them your hand earned money, you are at their mercy to get a refund. First, they do NOT respond to your emails or phone calls. Second, you cannot take them to small claims court because they make you give up that right when you sign their contract. Third, you are required to use AAA commercial arbitration where just the filing fee is $1825. Make sure you read the complaints on Better Business Bureau for this business as well. DO NOT PUT YOUR HARDEARNED MONEY AT RISK. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR HAJJ AND UMRAH.

Chicago Umrah Agency is one of the finest in the country and they are knowledgeable and very helpful. Very honest and only interested in helping the pilgrims of Hajj and Umrah to make their dreams come true and their destinations easier to travel. Br Zamir in particular have done above and beyond in helping my family get the Umrah and E-Visa for Tourists done. When my family got the news that the solution provided worked, everyone was in tears. I would say you don't have to go anywhere in US/Canada except to first check with them, as they will provide very honest/Allah SWT fearing advice. I found a partner/brother for my family and extended relatives/neighbors/community for life to call them first in this regard. All the best wishes, Khader Mohammed

Dear Aunty Sultana, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. But we already discussed with you that don't travel alone for umrah, considering your health condition.
