They really don't deserve 1 star but that's the lowest they go. We paid to have them build us a site. The words are overlapping, Different fonts on the page. I could've done this myself. We told them we weren't necessarily ready to begin the site but they insisted that we get started (and PAY) and we could always fix it later. Well of course, we had to PAY again to have it fixed and the other things that were promised were all at an additional charge. This was truly a waste. Now I'm fixing it myself.

Sorry for your frustration. Please know that all cancellations are done via our website on our cancellation page. Failure to cancel your campaign on our site will result in your campaign to continue as it did. You were asking for refunds from a year ago after all the work was completed.

If I could rate this company with a zero star I definitely would. I cancelled my account, was continuously charged, then when my account was finally cancelled they refused to refund the money back for the months I was wrongfully charged. I've talked to several different people and every time it's a different excuse as to why they are refusing to give my money back. For example, some of the charges were from 2017 so that is their excuse or I never got the confirmation it was cancelled when I have sent screenshots of Ryan Flaherty saying it was cancelled. Eventually they stopped responding to emails....until I left a one star review then they literally told me that they wouldn't help me with anything until I removed the bad review. So here I am again posting an honest review of the company since they have once again stopped responding to emails and now I know I won't be receiving the refund for their screw up. If you enjoy being screwed out of your hard earned money then The Social Sharks is for you. As for me, I wish I never would have trusted this company with anything.

As we have tried to explain to you many times the 3 month minimum contract has nothing to do with the cancellation fee. That is on all of our full service campaigns. Sorry for the confusion.

Buyer Beware...especially when it comes to cancelling. They held my credit card hostage and continued charging it even after I cancelled well after I fulfilled their minimum 3 month term. Then when I told them I would dispute the unauthorized charges on my cc, they threatened to charge me double for "fraudulent" dispute claims. I've caught them in several lies, one being that they claim my sales rep from their company no longer works there, when in fact he still replies to my emails about their scamming me by continuing to charge my card. Also, they claim they don't talk to clients via phone when in fact I have an email from said sales rep giving me his number and asking for mine. Another lie, after they saw I wanted my $106 cancellation fee returned, they told me the minimum contract term is 1 year when in fact, right on their website under "Terms & Policies" it clearly states "3 months" They love to bully this ex-client with threats of continuing to charge my credit should I dispute their unfounded and unjustified cancellation fee charge...oh and even charge me double should I dare report them. I'll admit that while I used their service, they were very nice and amicable. But the minute I mentioned wanting to cancel, they turned on a dime and became extremely petty and ugly with me....Not a good prescription for getting referrals and just plain bad business in general!
