Dont fall for the relationship sales pitch. Weve lived in our Sterling home for 11 months and are still trying to get our house complete. We were never a priority to Sterling because they were building a spec Parade Home while building ours, we had a change in our superintendent 5 times, the list could go on! Perfection was never our goal, just completion in a reasonable period of time. One of these days we can relax, enjoy, and appreciate our house...maybe when we dont have to accommodate workers/subcontractors several times a week and sometimes multiple in the same day.

We have built 3 homes and remodeled another from the studs...Sterling was by far the worst experience. If they are all about the relationship and addressing every concern of their homeowners, why do we still have issue(s) raised at or immediately after move-in that are unresolved 11 months later? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We thought only of Sterling to rebuild our home after our lightning/fire in 2019. They built it for us in 2005 and again in 2020. We are very pleased with our second Sterling-built home.

We chose Sterling Custom Homes five years ago to build our dream home in Lakeway and we couldnt be more pleased with their professional and personalized attention. They had a wonderful group of sub contractors and their service levels were outstanding. If we were ever to build another house, without a doubt we would use Sterling Custom Homes as our builder.
