I spent a large amount of money on a computer i needed for school and work. What i got had wonderful specs for a reasonable price, How ever it will freeze and lock up all the time destroying school work and really anything i can throw in anger. while the company offers a warenty they will look it over for a few weeks, than send it home saying nothing is wrong with it than few hours after getting it home it will just lock up again. After over a year of doing the "bring it in and we will look it over" dance i have lost all faith in the company and would push anyone looking to get a computer to use the many companies online instead
Thank you for your feedback. When it comes to data recovery, we've been very successful. Often we're able to pull data from broken flash drives or hard drives without having to send them off to a data recovery center where people have to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars to get the data. I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied on the quote for the attempt. Let us know if you change your mind and we'd be happy to try and recover data for you. Of course if the data wasn't that important, it's always better to just go with a replacement on something like a flash drive rather than repair.

Took a USB thumb drive in to see if they could fix it. Just the very front part that you plug into the computer was bent. Told me they could try and fix it but couldnt guarantee anything and it would cost 50 bucks just to try. 50 dollars an hour is a ridiculous amount to charge for a maybe we can fix it. Never will go back. Too overpriced.
Adam Dover saved the day. Kept me totally informed on the status of my repair. It was a serious issue and they didn't loose one single piece of data. Good Job!!
I'm sorry to hear about the impression of the phone call you had. I'm not sure of the details of your problem, but I can assure you that if you would have used our services you would have had a good experience. Frequently our technicians are given a choice. Complete the job requested and call it good, or go above and beyond and be thorough in our job. We'll always choose the latter. Sometimes that means we'll have a computer a little longer, or give a quote over the phone that allows us to spend a little more time on it since we haven't spent any time looking at the system. We'd rather do more than just fix the surface problems or clean the junk/viruses causing visible problems. We want to make sure we take care of the viruses you don't even notice. Wasn't very impressed with their customer service by phone. Go to Lifeguard computers down the road. This place was absolutely AMAZING and I was so pleased with their customer service and Cody explained everything so simply and said it would be done in an hour. He actually went in and beyond his call of duty and now he has gained a loyal customer. I had it cleaned and some protection put on it and he was able to quote me over the phone which he delivered on. I phoned PC INNOVATION as well down the road and they quoted me almost double the time and then some. Said it would be at least a few hours and it would have been double what I paid even using the DIXIE DIRECT CARD. If you want to save some money go to LIFEGUARD COMPUTERS as they deliver VALUE & know what raving fans are all about.
