Hey Amber, we hate to hear you had such a hard time getting in contact with us. I can understand your frustration. Our phone system had been acting up and we weren't receiving any voicemails it would just show missed calls. We had reached out to you in April, after you had contacted [email protected], hoping to try and make this right. We didn't hear back from you, so we sent another message a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to buy a sweatshirt for my daughter at a cheerleading competition but they didn't have her size. I was told that they could ship it to us, so I agreed and paid for it. Now....3 months later still no sweatshirt. I have left 3 voicemails and was never contacted back. I will never buy anything from this company again!
