This is highly unusual as GDS has an extremely high standard of service that extends from the kitchen through to delivery and we are a little thrown off by your review as we thought we resolved everything in the end. Your online order was initially made with a later delivery date and after your phone call to Kelli at customer service we corrected for you. Unfortunately, a technical error due to the delivery date change caused the order to be bypassed during preparation, but as soon as it was brought to our attention our Brisbane Manager personally delivered the order. Very disappointing service experience after an order I placed went undelivered for 3 business days (having only placed and order for 3 days worth of meals). I called the company on a daily basis to check on the order after the delivery date had passed, only to be promised it would be delivered the next day which didnt not occur. Only positive experience was talking with customer representative, Kelly, who did her very best to provide the service promised and was communicative throughout. I wont be using this service again and would not recommend.
Delicious so far! Only ordered our second round last weekend and will be trying a few new meals. Delivered on time, well packaged and labled. We had the butter chicken, the meatballs, the lamb tagine and creamy mustard chicken. The chicken and the meatballs were fantastic, the tagine left a little to be desired, meat was cooked well but a bit flavourless, we haven't tried the other chicken yet but I have high hopes it'll be great.
If you are tired of cooking, or eating your own cooking, go to Gourmet Dinner Service and browse their diverse menu., choose a few items, organise delivery to suit your week and enjoy well cooked, well packed ,reliably delivered delicious meals, at reasonable cost. After using this service intermittently over more than 15 years I still find it a pleasure to eat the consistent quality meals.

That is weird that you found that Dijon Chicken was lacking in flavour because it's one of our best selling and reviewed meals that's why we chose that one as a substitute. We also have on record that your order was a gift to a Stuart, did he give you the feedback?

Meals were all delicious except for the Dijon Chicken (given as a substitute for Coq au Vin) which was a little lacking in flavour.
