Jordyn, I am very sorry if we were not able to meet your needs as you expected after driving all the way here. As you noticed, we have a very large selection of basic polos and basic skirt/skorts, pants and shorts that are very economically priced. The more expensive items are not intended for everyone as they are for specific schools. As you may or may not know, a two star rating effects our business in a negative light. If you choose not to purchase from us, that is fine. To earn just a two star rating just because we have more expensive items than you need is terribly unfair. I am asking you to please change your review to more accurately describe your experience in our store. Thank you.

So when u go there's lots of stuff if you go to like WCA or a Catholic school but they are very very expensive like 40 bucks for 1 skirt the people are very nice and u can try stuff on but again it is expensive
One of the rudest business owners I have ever come in contact with. I have brought them business numerous times and sent others there as well. Definitely need to learn some customer service skills as well as how to not be rude. I've also been argued with about payments that I made upfront before anything was completed. I had to send a bank statement over so she would believe me. All around joke of a business. Also not interested in doing embroidery on stuff unless they sell it to you.. because its "not worth their time"
Patricia, I am terribly sorry you did not have a good experience with your visit to our store. The day my son was answering the phone, he was put on the spot as he normally does not do so. I apologize for this. Yes, our entrance is on the back of the building. Yes, it is confusing. (Previous owners did this for parking reasons.) That is the reason we have on the door you entered "entrance is in the rear of building." It is very rare someone comes in the back door. I am sorry you felt you were looked at in a peculiar way. It is not intended for customers to see or find their way around our back rooms. There are boxes and other items that can potentially be unsafe. I am also sorry you felt you did not receive proper customer service as we pride ourselves on helping every customer up and beyond what is expected. We offer special ordering, your schools personal website, uniform fittings, we deliver to your child's school at no charge, come in on the weekends and stay after hours to accommodate our customers. Our hours are in fact on our voicemail, Google, Yelp, Facebook and our website. Our goal is to make you happy about shopping in our store. We hope you will reconsider your feelings and give us another try. We look forward to seeing you.

This place doesn't have any idea of customer service, I assume they have a 10 year old calling people when orders are ready, this was on my voicemail "you can get your order, common boy". Also the store entrance is on the back of the store, if you use the front door they will look at you like you are crazy. They have real bad actitud and people have to deal with that just because there is not many logo places in Wilmington, they have orders ready on bags with holes, the store isn't organized at all and no one will help you find anything in that mess. They don't open until 11 am and people is waiting long time outside since they don't live that information on the voice mail. Definitely not a good experience.
