Karl, we are sorry that you feel that we deserve a 1 star rating for the services we provided to you for 2 full years. After not hearing from you for some time and receiving a surprise notice of cancellation, we cooperated and did not hold you to your contract terms. We provided you with everything you asked for in an organized and friendly manner. Ad accounts are not handed over as they have our credit card info and protected strategies inside. As a side note, you were dominating your market when we parted ways, as you know since we provided you with your ranking statistics in efforts to salvage the relationship. We always strived to provide you with exceptional customer service as well as going above and beyond with our work ethic. We hope that you are doing well with your new agency. #CountOnTheColonel

This company makes their customers their number 1 priority, and takes care of them in an exceptional and efficient manor.
