We use certified mechanics who do 33-point inspections on all of our vehicles. Please understand that cars in general are unpredictable and used cars in particular are more prone to problems. We encourage all of our customers to go for a test-drive, enlist their own mechanics to examine the vehicle before they purchase and to consider buying a warranty if theyre concerned about potential issues.

Updating my review Saied is completely dishonest. Because of his horrible business practices, I (a single mom solely financially responsible for my 5 kids) am now left without a vehicle to care for my kids. After only a mere 6 days. I honestly SERIOUSLY needed a vehicle. We just moved to a rural area and I have responsibilities I must have a vehicle for. This was the one opportunity I had to get a vehicle, and choosing Econo Auto was a completely devastating and heartbreaking mistake thats left me absolutely heartbroken and unsure what to do now. I was nervous in general about getting a car, Saied assured me easily with falsities that would make evil blush. I feel stupid and betrayed. He lied as we purchased the vehicle, we asked why the check engine light is on, and were told it passed emissions fine, its nothing big. Its totally fine! Dont worry. Well, 6 days later I was driving in I70 during rush hour to go to my sons football game with my 4 other kids in the vehicle, and the engine went out on me. Its completely locked up, I cannot drive the car, at all, period. Saied knows hes selling bad vehicles. When we were waiting to talk with him, their mechanic came out and was saying they needed to check the vehicles better because they keep getting ones with issues. At the time, I assumed they were fixing them before theyd sell them. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case at all. My boyfriend went in to let them know we want to reverse the purchase financing, and our down payment returned. Saied made him leave, telling him hell do nothing (claiming this was because my boyfriend told a couple people on the lot what happened to which they left. I wish Id been so lucky). Fact is, what Saied did looks to fall under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. Within 30, he must return the vehicle, reversing the transaction. Yet he refused, which means Im reporting this to the Colorado Attorney General and requesting this establishment is investigated and prosecuted for what hes done to me and so many others Im finding out as I read reviews online. The deals and financing he advertises are not honored. Its all a smoke and mirrors routine. Please DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. DO NOT PATRON THIS DEALERSHIP. I hope I can help at least a one person to not have to experience this terrible situation.

The personal was not very friendly and the prices from the website are wrong we trae to buy a BMW that we sad on the website for oround 12k and when we get there the guy on charged said the price was old and the new price was 20k not fare we drove for 40 minutes for nothing they need to fix the prices that they have on the website

Purchased a used vehicle here last month. Saeid seemed friendly. Most of the transaction, he was on the phone with police about another lot he had. I had some sympathy for him and had the patience to wait out his phone calls. This is only the second vehicle I'd ever purchased from a dealer and it was important to me. Fast forward to yesterday when Saeid called and asked when I'm making the rest of my payments. Did not have an iota of professionalism throughout our conversation, threatening me with taking the vehicle if I didn't pay. Sounded really extortion-y. I advised that I had paid in full and to check the receipt I signed. He claimed it only showed a partial payment and I needed to come in and prove I paid for the car or he'd take it. Called my bank today, who confirmed the amount I had paid. I called the business and was directed to Saeid 'who was the only one who could make decisions'. He accused me of defrauding his business, told me if I didn't pay 'the rest', that he'd take the car. He yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me the few times I called back. So I went out, got my statement, and drove to Econo Auto Sales, very unhappy about my name and reputation being smeared. Where Kipp attempted to say he'd left a voicemail, but no. If Saeid was the only one in charge, I needed to hear from him that 1) I did not defraud his business 2) the car was indeed paid in full 3) he was not going to take the car I paid for 4) there was nothing preventing me from registering the vehicle I paid for. I expected an apology as well, but he had two of his employees apologize for him. One by voicemail and the other by email, both confirming the vehicle was paid in full. Contacted the attorney general's office who gave me info on how to file a complaint. Contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association. He may seem nice, but it seems it's only the case when he's taking your money. Heres his apology when I went down as demanded to prove I paid for my vehicle.
