The company must be good to work with if they answer you. I reached out to this company since my wedding venue recommended them for a bar setup. I called the contact they gave who me told me to email him. All I asked was for pricing and photos if possible. I have followed up 5 times for about 20 days now. I reached out to their main number on Monday and the girl who picked up told me no one would be there until Tuesday and they typically take 24 hours to respond. Well, it's Thursday now and they still haven't gotten back to me. At this point I'm not surprised. I thought perhaps my little bar setup wasn't enough for them to care but that is just awful customer service.

Contacting the customer service is a doozy. The first time I called, the call was disconnected after I was supposedly transferred. From then on, every time I have called I have been forwarded to voicemail. Say if I were a potential employee or client calling, why would I want to work for or with a company that makes it a hassle to speak to someone that can answer a concern or question?
