We have a proof of your satisfaction with the website design and performance of the Project. You have utilized all the working hours of the project. Also, You shared our designs and other website collateral with another Designer. So this might be a reason for sudden change of mind as you had all the inspirations for the design of the website. We guarantee 100% refund upon disapproval of initial designs however in your case you did approve the initial designs but in fact you ended up asking for more services to be added on. Our terms and conditions clearly states our refund policy. You paid through a payment link which doesn't let you pay if you dont read and agree to the terms of our services. We understand your frustration as you lost the dispute so just to make it easy for you we are still willing to complete your website. You can contact us on our Portal if you'd like to continue. What a terrible experience. Worst business experience I have ever had! There work was not what was promised! I asked for a refund and still have not received it. Be careful! This is not a company you want to do business with. They are not what theyre website represents. They owe me a refund of $3199

I'm extremely pleased with the company's service and attention with a doubt it could be very overwhelming starting a new business and standing on the other side of a website like having someone hold your hand and walk you through it step by step And that is the best way I could say how my experience is and was . I was assigned a gentleman by the name of Alejandro Gomez the guys is above and beyond professional, patient,very detailed oriented always from start to finish made sure that all my needs were met and always made sure that I understood everything that was in progress as well made sure he was completely understanding everything I expected to be done with no room for misunderstanding. I personally would recommend the company and if possible would advise to ask for Alejandro Gomez for a sure thing to get things done your way .

They did my web site for me and I was pleased with their services. Harris was a great liaison/project manager and really helped to get the job done. I appreciated his responsiveness to detail and follow-through. It got me the product that I was looking for at an affordable price. Just wanting to share my terrible experience I had with Design Stallion. The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide. So I decided to contact a few of the websites that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Design Stallion and said they did not build their websites, false claims by Design Stallion. They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through. They also told me they were located here in Australia but when you search on Google it turns out they are located offshore and don't even use an Australian number. The website I was after was just a simple 5 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard. Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using Design Stallion
