Network speeds not even remotely close to what is advertised. Constant bottlenecking during peak hours.

Lots of major downtime. Customer service at the call center is always annoyed to speak to you. The techs in the field are professional and courteous.

Works me me. They have upgraded the speed and it cost far less than internet service in neighboring towns. We have the minimal TV package, ( no sports channels) besides internet. Recently moved and the install process was prompt and courteous.

terrible service, internet has gone out 4 times in the past 4 months. we are in a college town and the internet is crucial for getting our assignments done on time. it depends who you talk to when you call but no matter what they are either super rude or passive agressive, they literally have lied about what they can and cannot do until i get snarky back, then suddenly they can connect me with someone who actually does their job. they cant even let you know when the service will be back on when you ask and it has taken whole days for them to fix it sometimes. the only people giving this company more than 2 stars are townies that must know people who either work there or own the place and its obvious. rediculous quality and terrible service.
