They sent a roof specialist who didn't recognize that the shingles weren't installed correctly. They were stretched out to save material. One month after buying the property I had to replace the entire roof. This was back in 2020. Not fun

Beware of this company. We had an inspection done by this company prior to purchasing our Condo. The report said 2 windows seals were failing, which was correct. The other thing found was the garbage disposal was old (which is not) and is loud. We found a rock in it and now works great. After moving in, needed to fix a toilet that never stopped running, repair 2 bathrooms sink leaks, still working on why the kitchen sink has no cold water pressure and looking for a company to fix leaks to our enclosed sun deck. This company should is a total joke. They need to have their license revoked. BEWARE!!!

As a real estate professional, I am in constant need of a reliable home inspection company. I use Inspection Services Northwest almost exclusively. They are very accommodating to my schedule, they do an excellent job and they also provide sewer scope options to check the sewer lines. Their reports are extremely detailed with pictures and links for additional info. All of their inspectors are punctual, and helpful answering questions before, during and after the inspection. I highly recommend their services.

Inspection Services NW has the inspection service down to a T. As a REALTOR, they are my preferred network of inspectors to rely on in a busy, competitive market. Their inspectors are knowledgeable, professional, and know how to communicate complicated home issues to the average homeowner. Their crews are always on-time (or early!), and the office staff is extremely communicative and detailed oriented. Their inspection reports are the best I've seen - they provide useful resources, as well as detailed explanations of common household issues. Plus, you can book ONLINE!

This inspection team missed some very key things in their inspection of my property, I am not impressed! The only shower in the house was broken, one of the key heaters was shut off, a light by the master bed room had wires hanging from it-all of these issues should have been caught.
