Because of this I cannot respond about "some clause" as none exist. If you talked to anyone it would have been myself. We have never been in communication. We honor and respect our customers. This company was built on delivering high quality services & craftsmanship. Often times we over deliver to make sure we did our absolute best. My company is a small business here in New York. I was referred to this company by someone I know. One of the support representatives talked to me about potential estimating applications. I contacted him the next day. He texted me back saying he couldn't help me because of some clause. I think there is some other reason behind it. As a business owner I was very disappointed.

Intuitive Edge Designs gave us immediate responses to our questions and the quality of work super ceded our expectations. We interviewed multiple web vendors and we went with Intuitive Edge because they made us feel comfortable. They did not try to sell us un necessary services or products and their pricing is very competitive especially for the quality of work.
