Aweful customer service, cars are terrible in quality and never last no more than a year. Dont spend your money here if I could give zero stars I would.

Most horrible place to buy any vehicle and the lady there Pat need customer service training. She was very nasty to both my husband and I and tried to given us receipt with incorrect price, the title took almost a month to come to us and when we called to ask she was not very helpful. she hang up the phone when you ask questions. we will never buy anything from there again and we will make sure anyone we know never buy from them either.

This is the only place I trust. This is the 2nd car im buying from them. The first one is still good but just need more room and theybwere able to help with that. Car is very clean and well maintained. Everyone who works there are very nice I definitely recommend Chambers Auto.

They knowingly sold me a car with a bad transmission. I noticed about a week later. I got the car with a warranty. They kept my car for about a month. They told me they rebuilt the transmission and refused to tell me the name of the shop because they said that the dealership was their " customer" not me. After I got the car back they finally told me the name of the shop who fixed it. 5 months later my transmission is starting to break down againe. I was under the impression I had a new transmission with a warranty. Turns out when I called the shop to inquire about my warranty they informed me that they put a salvaged transmission into my car. Pete from chambers st. Auto sales lied to me and pretended not to rember me later. I talked to him multiple times after I purchased the car because of all the issues I was dealing it. I would not recommend doing bisnuss here.
