I dislike having to share unfavorable experiences with local small businesses, however, Action apparel placed the American flag on our company uniforms ( veteran owned small business) on the elbow area. I kindly asked to order a new set, after they offered a refund. I only wanted a new order with the correct placement and was told by the owner that it was correct and I did not need a refund. As a combat veteran, this is important for my company to at least have a properly placed flag. The owner didnt seem to care:/

I have used Action for dozens of t shirt orders and a few odds and ends over the years. Each and every time I am greeted like an old friend and no matter how quickly I need to get my order done (at times my planning ahead was less that great) they have had it on or before the date I needed. I've never been disappointed. The staff and owners truly take care of you.
