This company is not located in New York as advertised on the website. This is under their return policy: Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wuhan Wuhan, Hebei, China It has now been 11 business days since I placed an order and I have yet to receive an email stating that the product has shipped even though their website states it takes 3-5 business days. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again and hope the review stops hundreds from doing the same

I placed my order over two weeks ago they stated they would send me a tracking number within three days I have received no tracking number I have sent four emails with no response. And do not have my package as promised before Christmas. This place has terrible business practice and horrible customer service I will be disputing the charge.

I received my custom Hawaiian T-shirt. It came on time, it looks great, size is actually big and the material is better than I thought it'd be. Quality! The customer service was excellent as well. Double thumbs up. I was so cautious when ordering, but I'm so happy I took a chance! Keep up the good work, will definitely be using again.

I was told i would receive my item in 6-10 business days.. its now been 6 weeks and still nothing. The last tracking update was over 2 weeks ago, with no specification on where the item is or when it is expected to arrive. Paid express shipping for this item too. Disappointed is an understatement.
