Called to ask about a shoe release and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and spent 3 minutes telling me how the shop was to busy to answer phones for release questions. Ill spend my money at a different shop. Its sad because Im a sneaker head and Looking for a Nike SB shop to spend money. Customer service is everything!!!!
I walked in... guy cursing up a storm banging boards around. Asked him for help and hugeeee sigh. Don't think he wanted customers today, wish granted...first impression is everything. Took my business elsewhere and got what I needed, a complete skateboard with better service...
How about instead of leaving a negative review, you type 'medicom' into the search field? We added an additional half hour to the raffle, due to a glitch with the search. This is a baseless review that is not relevant to our day to day business.

They NEVER answer the phone. Their SB shipments always arrive "late". They announce raffles without posting the link. You have to "search" it. Overall TERRIBLE experience. It clearly says search Raffle or raffle NOT medicom. You clearly spelled it wrong(raffel) The right person is going to contact Nike. Non basketball players wear AJ1s non "skaters" want a fair chance to purchase SBs. CROOKS
