I used this company because of such solid reviews. Unfortunately, I didnt have the same experience. I constantly had to email/call them to keep the ball rolling on my order. Then my order was half wrong when I got there to pick it up. Such a frustrating experience. I will say that the ladies were nice whenever I spoke to them, the team just didnt execute my order as promised. I will be taking my business elsewhere for my next orders.

The graphics department was great. They responded quickly and made a design very close to the draft I sent them. The sales department, however, was very unorganized. I spoke with them several times regarding pricing and until I got the final invoice, not once was a new art fee, up charge for 2XL-4XL shirts, or an additional $10 for a second screen for adult shirts ever discussed. And when I mentioned that to the salesperson, I was told sorry, I shouldve mentioned that beforehand along with an explanation why, but no attempt was made to give a discount, so my husband and I ended up having to eat the costs ourselves. Also, I live 40 minutes away and went to pick up our order and upon arriving home, discovered that 2 dozen shirts were missing from the box and had been left on the counter when the salesperson was counting the shirts to make sure we had them all. They did agree to stay 20 minutes late so my husband could drive 40 minutes back to Stillwater to retrieve the rest of our order, though. Everyone at the store is very friendly, but unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for our future screen printing needs. It has just been too much of a hassle for me to feel comfortable using them again.
We use several local places in town for our t-shirts. Stillwater Screen-printing is one of the best. They are attentive, well priced, and community focused. Additionally, when we have a design need they knock it out of the PARK! Supporting local is easy with professionals like Aaron & his crew at SSP.
Hi Ryan, It absolutely sounds like we dropped the ball on this one. After our initial emailed invoice we should have done a much better job of following up on making sure you received it. Inefficient accounting practices led to an invoice being sent almost 2 years late. I would recommend outsourcing any work to a more streamlined establishment.
