My first trip to the salon I heard a lot of good things about it and I was very very pleased with the cut however I was going to a formal Affair that evening and when I walked out my hair look gorgeous but 3 hours later it was straight and the style I paid for no longer existed. So of course by that evening I was embarrassed it was too late to do anything else my hair looked awful and really we didn't stay long it just pretty much ruined the whole thing for me. With that being said it takes time for a hairdresser to get to know a customer's hair and I will be returning one more time to give it a second chance. I just think that the hairstyle I paid for could have at least held together for a day.
