I made an appointment last week to come in on a Saturday at 10 AM to get three jackets embroidered. Today Saturday, November 13, I arrived at 9:54 thinking that I was super late the door is locked its dark inside I waited for 10 AM still nobody. whats the point of making an appointment if youre not even gonna show up to open the store. Never coming back here.

Some customer's don't have right intentions from the beginning, want to pay the lowest price for quality work. Our work and other reviews tell the true story. We have gone well above and beyond for this customer who ultimately could not be pleased.

Not as promised, poor quality stitching, never recieved product, rush job. I had to go to another shop for a brand new product. Did not try to fix stitching and didnt even care about my concerns. It took 6 weeks to complete. He took his patches and kept my money. Will overcharge you in the beginning but tell you to give him a good review to get a discount. You never tried to make it right so stop telling lies. I know all of these 5 reviews are for your discount that asked you to do. Price was never an issue and I never tried to talk you into lower a price. I paid what you asked. The quality of work was very poor. You should admit, it was out of your league. Stop begging for 5 reviews after you quote prices.

Same day embroidery is avaliable but items have to be in by 3pm. But still subject to jobs already on schedule. Sorry we couldn't accommodate you after 4 pm. We could have done your items for next day production. The 1 star rating isnt warranted.

Horrible place, says they have ability and when you get up there turn you around will never ever patronize this business again. Called to verify before I came and was turned around. As I stated I called to verify and was not given that information over the phone when I verified before I had my husband go. There was a purpose of me asking can it be rushed because I needed it to be rushed. Lets take ownership instead of finding a reason to place blame the customer service was off
