I purchased a car from this dealership on 10/31/2019 at a cost of $18,000. When I did my test drive the navigation system was not working I was told by the salesperson Leah that it only needed the SD card to work and she would make sure I got one. After 6 months of calling her every week and her telling me she would look into it and call me back. 6 months later I still have no SD card for my navigation system. This to me is very poor customer service and would never recommend anyone to go there when they are looking for a car.

They will mislead you on every hand beware , thank God Im refinanced , but still have a lot of worked to do !! Happy I have my jeep just hate that I thought they had my best interest at heart !! Smh I dont even think my down payment went to my car total . Addonicas or however you spell it , wouldnt take his time to see !! God bless them all , praying for those who despitefully use others !!

they lied to me so id come over there n go through their process then was told they'd give me some gas money for coming only they didn't i wasted my time an gas money i didn't have use not mention was told there be no problems or issue's only find out there was they wanted me come up with 1 or 2 thing's 1500 that don't have other was co signer )i was tee"d off
