Their business is ridiculous. The only thing they do is upload invoices. For them, there is no phone to call a broker when there is a problem to collect money, but to do the easiest, take the money they gave you for that invoice and they have done all the work.

My account manager reached out quickly to get the appication completed. She made sure I understood the program and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much time.
