Robert, we apologize you had a negative experience with the company. To clarify your comments, the leasing broker for the building and the owner had multiple conversations and emails with you regarding the space you were interested in leasing. Unfortunately, as we shared with you, the use you wanted to put in the center was in conflict with restricted uses in place with other tenants. We honor our commitments to existing tenants and as such you were not approved to operate at the center. This was communicated to you, and while it is clear you did not like that response, we did everything we said we would do in this business interaction and wish you well on future endeavors.

Horrible group to work with! Wanted to lease a property, Would not respond or return emails. Dragged their feet, never there. Were rude with what I wanted to do in a space that was failing! To the response: That is untrue! as 3 weeks went by as I kept asking for what the other tenants agreed or disagreed with and still have not received an answer. I was not notified until I had to contacted you with emails and voice mails, after the business had closed and was dismantling, as I was in the process of purchasing the functioning business. Your company did not even bother to inform me of their closing as to a yes or no approval!

These are the nicest people. And they keep and maintain this property to the highest standards. Their parking lot is always clean even though there are many popular restaurants in this shopping center.
