Their knowledge of things including plumbing is very small. They use the little knowledge they do have to make money off of people who truly believe they being helped. Its just me and my mom and my little sister in the house and its the first time shes over owned one so Ive been here every step of the way. We had multiple issues but its ok its expected with houses. So we searched and searched for a good reliable company and thought A. Johnson would be it. Theres only 1 other bad review so we didnt think much...only to be sucked dry of THOUSANDS of dollars and have the same simple plumbing problem occur AGAIN and AGAIN every other month. Please save your money. Plumbing/heating is no joke. Although people may come across as knowledgeable (they said all of this knowing we knew very little anything plumbing) and sell themselves as they know what their doing; they dont. It breaks my heart that my hard working mom is a single mom of two that her first experience of owning home is just learning that their are more scammers out there than people who really just want to help you live/feel comfortable in your home. Please take my recommendation. I honestly 1000% would not sit here and write and post this if I didnt think it was necessary. Disappointed and disgusted is the least I can say.

Multiple calls and thousands of dollars spent on the same problem just to have another company fix what they couldnt. Dont call yourself plumbers, youre nothing but robbers!! If I can save one person from not using your company then my job here is done. Enough said!

A. Johnson were great to work with. I was not a prior customer from the first call to to completion of my central A/C repair they were polite and professional. Sean the service technician diagnosed the issue right away and gave options on how to resolve the problem. I am now a customer and would highly recommend them .

Had an issue with our pipe going to the main. He cleaned it out and unclogged our tub as well. Dennis was very professional and honest this is something that I can respect. Give me the small business over the large cookie cutter anytime. Thanks!
