They happily take ones money for the application fee and once they have it, dont expect any more communication. We are from Idaho and had to travel all the way there to see the property. Once we saw it no communication what so ever. They dont let us know if you qualify or not. Just take ones money and then nothing. Didnt let us know that we dont get the property or what we qualify for. Just take the money.

I am sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations, however I assure you it is the goal of Oregon Coast Property Management and its staff to serve our local community with integrity and compassion. Our transparent Tenant Service Request platform allows all our Tenants to communicate issues regarding work being done on the property. Regarding money.... It is very difficult for a management company to police non-payments of rent and lease defaults which may lead to an eviction. Any fines/fees associated with lease defaults are per your lease agreement. We wish you the best in your future housing plans.

Never did anything to maintain the house. Maintaince men did half ass work poisoned our dogs by using moth balls to get rid of raccoons and rats that occupied our rental for a year. They put new carpet in before we moved in but we later found out they put in cheap carpeting over holes in the floor as our normal furniture from through the ground. And no were not large people. We did nothing but respect them and they never did anything for us. Took advantage of an old lady. Took her money and wasted her time. All they want is MONEY and don't care about ANYTHING else. Glad to be gone.!!!!!
I've been living in one of their rentals now for 4 months and I love it. Every time I have placed a service call for any issues, they have responded with a date and time of work the next business day. The work has all been done a day or two after that. The front office staff are good people who I enjoy talking to. I love renting from them.
