Went into Big Shawns with a ring I had appraised one week before for $4000, curious to know what I could get for the ring. I simply ask what I could get for it placing it in the counter where he grabs the ring without saying a word to me slides away to check it out. After a couple mins slides back in his chair to tell me how much it weighs (gold only) and that the diamond is fake. This guy is a scam artist and if he thinks he can get one by you he will try. My ring is very real and if you are smart and want a true value for what you are selling stay away go somewhere reputable. You wont get it here!!!

You brought in a 14k gold PLATED chain from MACYS and thought it was real. That is NOT my fault. I promote 3rd party sales in my lobby so people arent scammed or robbed. Your chain was magnetic, there is no explanation for that except its FAKE. If you still wanna try to argue its real, come down tomorrow, and lets go to EZPawn together. I WILL PUT UP $1000 ITS A FAKE NECKLACE.

Big Shawn Extremely unknowledgeable and unprofessional customer service. Provided inaccurate information to prevent a 3rd party sale. Would not recommend this place to my dog!! The whole set up seems like a front for illegal activity, would have rated 0 if there was a option if your by south EZPawn on eastern and st rose is well worth the drive and safety. UPDATE put your money where you unknowledgeable mouth is SUPERPAWN decatur & Sahara 3PM Monday May 3! Pull Up Ill match your $1000.

Big Shawn is great. He holds good conversation and gets you laughing even on a bad day, he is very fare in loans and pays top dollar on gold and silver. I plan on coming back here when need be.
