Ordered shirts for my small business. The transfers began coming off after 1st use. Contacted AC Embroidery and they said that they would fix it. They did fix them and at the same time, I ordered some more shirts and polos. Received the shirts and polos in, and they are vastly different colors. I would say on is Royal Blue and one is Navy. Jim says they are both Royal Blue and since they are from different shirt manufacturers, that its normal. I asked why I wasnt told about this before ordering and he said hes never told anyone before and its never been an issue. Was told to check with other printers, that they would agree its normal. So I did, and while they agree that different manufacturers have different colors that may be called the same thing, that it is not industry standard to have that much color variation in a single order. Basically, they should have told me upfront or told me before printing that there was a noticeable difference. I asked for a refund and after fighting with the owner for a while, was basically told to sue him, he is standing behind his work.
