Took my sons to get a haircut as a walk -in no acknowledgement that we were there nor did they tell me if there was going to be a wait time. The one barber that was there just kept cutting away while we sat for atleast 30 minutes. There was more conversation between him and his customer and a friend that decided to stop buying saying N this and N that... I know barbershops have there environment but the professionalism was not there. I ended up walking right out with my sons. The lost my business. I would not recommend this barbershop.

I called to inquire about a product I was trying to purchase. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and short. Customer service is obviously lacking at this place of business.

First time getting a cut at this shop and I was skeptical because its always a gamble going to a new barber but Charles did a excellent job and we had a great conversation during the appointment. Outside of that I like the energy in the shop and Ill definitely be a regular from now on. Thanks again !
