Hello Kit. We would like to apologize for any miscommunication that may have gone on in regards to the type of metal that particular nostril jewelry is made of. We have not, and do not currently carry any genuine gold but rather, a variety of gold-colored metal options such as titanium and niobium. It is likely that you purchased one of our previously carried open ended steel nostril hoops. We have since discontinued carrying these. We are more than happy to work with you to resolve things if you'd like to stop in!

Came here just to get my nose piercing changed to a hoop. Overall, it was a nice experience and seemed like a nice shop; however, my problem was that the hoop I was given was not real gold. It was gold plated and ended up infecting my nose because the plated gold rubbed off. Its my fault I didnt ask if it was 100% gold, but its kind of irritating that they would even sell something of that sort. Its been over a month and its finally starting to look better. UPDATE: its been just about 3 months since I got my nose ring from here, and my nose still isnt completely healed. PLEASE be careful about where you go and what jewelry you purchase.

The piercer was nice but he royally messed up my septum piercing, he ripped the skin on one side and it was massively crooked, high on the left low on the right, he used the wrong size horseshoe ring. Mike told me I have a crooked septum and I DONT, I had massive blood pooling and he pierced it in the cartilage, which your not supposed to do. Moral of the story if you want professional piercer dont go here. I went to an industry professional that took one look at it and was horrified, he has over 20 years experience and people come from all over the country to see him. Once again, DONT GO HERE, I promise you you'll regret it like I do.
