I would rate this place as -0 (if I could). I purchased 2007 Buick looked nice ran nice, I purchase the car February 25th not even two weeks my car start to leak really really bad, it was a leak in the power steering hose. I went there and told them about the problem, Jason kept adding power steering fluid to avoid the problem. Remind you I just bought it and was under a warranty for 6 months. Jason told me to go half on the part for the car to get it fixed I shouldnt have to pay for anything and I just got the car. I have kids that needed to go places and he told me to avoid that leak problem to just dont drive it!! Soooo, Ms. Sandy was calling for a payment to be made about the car. I ask why should I pay a car note if I cant drive this vehicle? Plenty time I called to see if my part was in for my car and they ignored my call(s) so I rode by the car place and EVERYONE sitting it the office just sitting. So, I went to another car lot and purchased a brand new car and I VOLUNTARILY returned their vehicle back to them. And now, Jason said if he sell the car he will give my down payment back. That company is a big time rip off. If I do not receive my down payment I will take them to court for selling me a faulty vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR PLACE!!!!!!
This needs to be your first stop if looking for a nice used car! Great customer service! bought a nice newer vehicle for my wife after looking around at different lots over a few weeks. Spent so much time looking at other lots wasting time and getting annoying calls all the time about coming back when I should have just went here to begin with! Bought the vehicle with no issues, delays or silly games that other car sales like to play. They have a nice option of vehicles to browse through to catch the eye. I wanted the mustang but wifey shot that down since we were shopping for her.
Recently purchased a car from their lot. The car was priced right and appeared to be a good deal. 3 weeks later I found myself locked out of the car, unable to have it start without the alarm sounding. I had to take it to a mechanic and they found a GPS device on the car from another dealership that was activated and disabled the car. I contacted Chris and Jason for assistance with the cost of taking the GPS off and they stated that it wasn't their issue. The car was a good buy, but getting locked out only weeks after purchasing shouldn't be something you need to worry about.
