I have tried really hard to like this company, but between their updates that break the system for a day or more regularly or their RUDE support department I simply cannot deal with this company any longer. It has been especially bad since their staff is working from home. The rudeness is unacceptable. I am cancelling as of today.
I was contacted by senior recruiter kim sage via voicemail. Tried calling back her several times of which she never returned my phone calls. She did not follow through as stated in voicemail that she would email me to set up an interview date & time. Shady behavior like this is enough to publicly warn others about her unprofessionalism.
Been leading the league in many software categories for years , this team impressed me with their devotion to customer success and commitment to each other.
I would give zero stars if possible. They did start out fantastic when I signed up with them in 2011. The last year and a half has been an absolute nightmare though. I finally had enough and requested to close my account and have my data transferred back in June 2020. They are still billing me and have never released all of my data. They claim they finally closed my account and have refunded two months of fees. I'll believe it when I see it. Frankly they owe me 3 additional months of fees and my data. Still haven't gotten it. They have held it hostage. Very bad service, do not recommend. I am filing a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney General.
