Kim, I'm truly sorry that our return policy wasn't clear upon your initial purchase and that you did not see the signs posted at each register when you checked out. I believe that our return policy is no different than most other retailers - that holiday merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday has passed. I also don't believe our policy is dishonest or shady as the signs were posted before we stocked our shelves with seasonal merchandise. While I understand your frustrations, please know we'll always be here to lend a hand in the future. -Dene'

Be aware of this store return policy. Theyre always making it difficult to return items here. My husband told me and today I experienced it myself. Bought 4 Christmas garlands for my stairway and I just need 2. So I came to return the others. They said its final sale because of holiday items. Also have to return by December 19th. Well, if I have known and see an obvious sign they put next to the items, I wouldnt buy 4 of them thinking I could return it. Or at least, when I checked out, someone should have at least told me about the policy and the limited date of return etc . So now I cant do anything, not even store credit. Thats it. Never ever come back. Bad bad return policy and very shady not honesty at all. I would Rather go to Home Depot or Michael next time.
