I keep receiving mail directly from the dealership to call as soon as possible to ensure my car is covered by an extended warranty. When I called the dealership to ask to ge removed from their sales list the sales person was rude and implied only stupid people dont have extended warranty coverage. I fully expect the dealership to post a denial.

We are sorry you had this issue. When it was found your vehicle had loose lug nuts, our technicians tightened them. We would never send anyone back on the road in unsafe conditions. Safety is our #1 priority. All of our technicians are factory trained and go through hours of instruction before working on any vehicle. Again we are sorry for your issue.

Don't buy tires here! Lug nuts left loose twice for last 2 rotations which could have caused a very bad accident. Two other mechanics fixed my issue at no charge and verified that JC Honda Service store had not tightened lug nuts properly and warned me to steer clear of Honda for tire work. I'll heed the advice. I called service manager and was told someone must have done it on purpose or something to that effect. No.Not the case. It's just too coincidental that the issue started after having my tires serviced at Honda. I have had issues fixed here before so that's the only reason there's 2 stars. Lisa in the service department is always nice too. Stick to mechanics who specialize on selling and servicing tires.
