Ryan, Unfortunately this is our first time seeing this. We do not do do returns unless the product is damaged. This is posted in front of our register and on all receipts. We will exchange any item not on sale unworn with the receipt within 14 days of purchase. We mark items down online based on time we've had the product and the amount left. So, if you purchased an item and it leaves us with one size left of a style, chances are within a certain time frame that last item will be marked down. Since we have no idea what item your referring to based on this review we would like you to stop in and ask for the store manager or email [email protected] and the owner will reach out to you personally to resolve this issue. We also encourage you to first ask for a store manager or to reach out to the email above before making a review for a quicker resolution. Lasty, we hope that you have the correct store in the mall since you stated that there are never any customers in our store. We have been in that location for 2 years and have a very cherished and loyal following. We are known for our exceptional personal service which would not be possible without ever having customers. We would hope that if for some reason you were given misinformation or there was a misunderstanding we can resolve this matter so that you can be a continued part of the Free Press community as well. This store is a scam you can order same clothes online for half price thats exactly what they do then when you get the wrong size and have reciept you cant switch it on a 120$ shirt . SCAM the same shirts online for 50$ my girlfriend didnt know so she spent money and i cant even exchange for right size thats why the store has no customers when i walk past in kop mall smh skeem team

This is a great new and unique clothing boutique in the city of Lancaster. Great atmosphere and great locks. Clothing usually found in Philly and New York. Very cool and mostly unisex

Free Press is a new gem in Lancaster. You will find unique clothes, accessories and shoes that are unable to found anywhere else in the area. The customer service there is top notch. I highly recommend them for Men AND Women!
