Took my Brand New 2021 4-Runner I bought in Nashville while I was in town for work I needed and Oil Change and Tires Rotated and Balance so I took it to Advantage Toyota and they did what I needed and then tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman and I look younger then what people think I do. They tried to take advantage by telling me that I need a Cabin Air Filter $53 & Throttle Body Service $70 because my NEW car could go in Limp Mode if I dont get it fix and I told them I have never heard of Limp mode and they went as far as sending me a video and telling me a story about another customer whos car went in limp mode recently to scare me to see if I would spend the extra $70 to get it worked on. So I called the dealership I bought my car from and the guy laughed and said he never heard of such and that shouldnt even been a problem at 29,000 miles.Then when I got in the car I notice they didnt Air my tires up when they rotated and balance them.I also have Rain X windshield wiper fluid in their and they mixed it with regular water.Just a heads up they will try to Uncharge you for things that doesnt need to be done to your vechicle.

Honestly one of the rudest dealerships I've ever talked to. Not many places I end the call with it is what it is. And salesman replies back with yup it is.

My husband and I just purchased a Ford truck from Advantage Toyota are salesman was Matt D. who was very helpful and polite . I emailed him and text and he was always responded very quickly and we drove 3 and 1/2 hours and was happy to make a trip and John was very helpful too .God bless them

Stopped on October 1, 2022 to look at a Highlander XLE. We were quickly met by a young salesman who didn't seem interested in selling me a new vehicle. The salesman didn't even ask my wife and I our names. I know it is a $45000 car but I can afford to purchase it. I would have loved for this salesman to show my wife the features on this Highlander but he made us feel like we were wasting his time. I will try a dealer in Clarksburg some weekend.
