I bought a 10 pack for my nanny and for circumstances beyond our control she couldn't take our toddler. Asked for a refund and they were non accommodating for our situation. Now I'm out $200.

I love this place! It is the perfect spot for group play dates. We let the kids play their hearts out and the moms can sit and chat. The owner and staff are very accomodating. I also had my daughters birthday party here and the kids loved it. they provided decorations to match the theme I selected, ehich was so creative. It was super cute. We had catering for the littles and the adults. It was fun. Great memories! We used the parents night out with a group of friends and had dinner down the street. So fun and the kids had a blast too! I cant say enough nice things about this place!

Hello and thank you for your reply. I am glad you liked the class. I am surprised to hear about the cleanliness comment as that is something we get complimented for consistently. I will certainly talk to the teacher to see if process wasn't followed before your class. Can you please let me know the date you attended as we can not find you in our system and the last class for this age we had was 5/20. We hope to see you again soon.

We took a class with my 6 month old son. The class and the instructor were great, my son really enjoyed it. However, I am giving only two stars because I have concerns about cleanliness of the place. While I understand that you can't expect a playground to be perfectly clean all the time, I think that a little vacuuming and dusting before group classes would be good. Infants spend their time on the floor and they have to lie on their tummies during the class. I felt really uncomfortable about letting my baby do that because the rug we were on was covered in hair and dust and the floor around it was cold concrete so it was not really an option. The pillows were dirty as well. I hope my review will be taken into account and owners will make more effort during the day to keep the place cleaner for classes.
