Hi Jessica,we are so sorry you didnt enjoy your experience here with us.. We would like to kindly highlight that with an early scan once we have shown you baby and taken measurments and pictures etc, there is nothing much left to see at such an early stage of pregnancy. Also please note we are a non medical/diagnostic clinic so we would not be able to inform you of any medical information regarding your pregnancy, we can only show you that there is a flicker(heartbeat) at that time of your scan. We do not want anybody to leave feeling dissastified with their experience as we have been established over 9 successful years and our reviews speak for themselves. Came for a 6 week early reassurance scan staff werent friendly/ welcoming into the studio , scan was rushed and no explanation of anything wouldnt recommend wont be coming back as Ive been to two other studios that have been a completely different experience

I went for an early reassurance scan. That was far from it. I paid 45 to be scanned for 30 seconds and to be asked have I had any pains. This has definitely not reassured me at all. Before I could ask anymore questions the sonographer was at the door walking out and sat behind reception on her mobile while I was still wiping the gel from my stomach. This was a terrible experience and felt 10x worse after going this place. I wish I had read the reviews before. Me and my partner are now worried and booked somewhere else, I'd avoid at all costs as they are more bothered about money and getting you out the room ASAP. Very disappointed at my first every pregnancy scan. Avoid at all costs

Just had a gender scan at hello baby. Was not meant to be in today but with the lockdown starting tomorrow they were more then accomadating and fit us in today. Came here on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I'm sorry I totally forgot both ladies names the lady on reception and the lady doing the scanning were both lovely, and made you feel so welcome from the minute you turned up. I wanted to keep it as a surprise till I got home and I could find out with my bf, they kept it totally secret. I'm so happy I got to find out I was having two girls was great to see the screen in front of me as when I go to the hospital I only get a quick look, so was lovely to have that time to see them. Thank you again to the girls at hello baby. Will definitely recommend and be back for the 3d/4d scans to see more of their fighting lol x

Hi Stephen, So sorry to hear that you not enjoy your experience with Hello Baby. The purpose of the gender scan is to ascertain the babies gender, The 3D gender scan does give you the opportunity to see the baby in more detail, but this all dependant on the position of the baby and the amount of fluid etc. Occasionally the babies are still very small/skinny at this stage and if it was that you were unhappy with the images at the time, if you had mentioned this Katie would have been more than happy to take your daughter back in. In relation to Katie pressing too hard, Katie scans 100s of ladies each month and we have never recieved any complaints of this nature before, If you would like to discuss this matter further, Please call us on 01744 810999 within the next 7 days, We wish your daughter well in her pregnancy. my daughter booked a private scan as a fathers day present to see my 1st grandchild and to find gender out I'm really disappointed as i hardly seen baby as she kept shaking it saying baby was hiding although we could see the baby fine when it was kept still. we also paid for 3d and only got a second to see baby in 3d as she kept putting it back to 2d it was supposed to be a special moment to see my 1st grandchild and it just felt like she wanted to get it done and over with, we didn't even get any nice photos, my daughter also complained how hard she was pressing on her she felt "bruised " defiantly wont be coming back again or recommending
