The shop was pretty and the products were cool but the staff made me uncomfortable. As a poc I usually dont feel that comfortable in predominantly white spaces and I felt even more uncomfortable after noticing I was the only one asked to sanitize their hands when I walked in and felt as though there was constantly an associate nearby asking me if I needed help. LB is a very progressive area and I love it here but this was the first time I ever felt uncomfortable so I most likely wont be going back. Plus, most of the stuff in their shop can be found elsewhere through the original businesses. And some of those businesses are way more inclusive.

the cutest local boutique with the friendliest staff and the such a thoughtfully curated selection of clothes and home decor items! I always love stopping in and can't leave without a few things! They also host awesome community events from time to time which are so much fun and great chance to meet new people in the community!

The swimsuit I ordered online was not as pictured - the color online looks like a dark yellow and when I received it, it was a yellow-green color that was not what I expected. While the swimsuit seem like it was great quality, I then found out that they do not offer refunds whatsoever and on top of that, charged me a return fee. My own fault for not researching the return policy on their website, but that doesn't excuse the bad practice. Customer service is everything and I would never shop at a place that locks me into any purchase I make. Now I have to spend $200 on something else that I don't need, when really I should just get a refund. You are robbing people - change your policy please.
