I have done cardio kickboxing with True Strength MMA for several months now and I absolutely love it. Victor (the owner) and Jose (an instructor) provide a great work out. Each class is action packed and targets several areas of the body without getting repititive or pushing their students too far/too fast. You're guaranteed to be sore the next day. Victor and Jose are also very good at modifying any exercise for people who have injuries and previous injuries. This has been very helpful since I have several injured my knees and ankles before taking these classes. Everyone in the class is up beat and positive in great part to Victor and Jose. I have enjoyed every class and I can't wait for the next one. True Strength is definitely worth looking into if you want to learn a martial art or just get in shape.

Victor is an awesome instructor! Ive taken a few boxing classes before under various instructors and Victors style of teaching far surpassed my expectations. Patient, kind, and concise. Would highly recommend!!

My son is starting as a beginner and Joe (the trainer) is very skilled and patient. We needed one on one training and Joe jumped to the taak. I am thankful for both Joe and Victor (the owner) for giving us this opportunity.

I've been training with Victor now for about 6 months (+- 1 because of COVID) after being referred to him by a mutual friend and I have never once regretted my membership. Victor is quite possibly one of the friendliest people I have ever met - if you come through here and commit to growth (whether that's being a better martial artist or just being a healthier/more fit person) then you will become like family here. Even in large classes, Victor takes the time to ensure that everyone is getting something out of their time and always has a smile and a hello for you when you walk in. On top of that, if you are interested in martial arts or self defense - Victor will ensure that you are getting the training you need that will make you better. There's been plenty of times that I have stayed a little after class or sparring and asked him "What can I do better" and he takes time to tell me what he observed and what I can work on to improve - with as many people as we have in class some days, just the fact that he can take time out of his day to give one person some advice should tell you the quality of the training that he aims to give, and he does this for a number of people. Don't sleep on this place if you're looking for a place to train - you won't regret it.
