We used NextGen for our virtual office party choosing the Around the World escape room and scavenger hunt. It is nothing more than a PowerPoint and a link to fill in our answer. Almost none of the answer links worked correctly. It definitely turned out to be team building event, but more to figure out the technology, not focus on the games. Don't try to do a scavenger hunt via Zoom either! If the person trying to get the item doesn't speak quickly with their item no one knows they are there. Randy was great leading up to the event and well organized. Just didn't think it was worth the high cost per person. Make sure you understand the logistics and exactly how the game will work ahead of time!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DON'T BOTHER!!!!!!!! I've never write product/service reviews but needed to share my experience right away. I contacted this service for their mirror selfie for my wedding reception via email. I got a response with some standard package information and a time pressured date to get a promotional offer. Fine, I responded back within a day with a couple follow up questions. I got no response. I bumped that email a couple days later, no response. A week goes by and I decide to give them a call today. Randy within 60 seconds of the start of the call said, oh you contacted us earlier, if you book today we can give you X price which was higher than the original promotional price. Right away, I was like Randy, I have a couple questions that no one even bothered to answer. This is for my wedding, I'm sorry if I have a couple questions for a vendor that I'm paying?!?!?! He said everything was written in the original email, so it's in writing, what else is there? REALLY?!?! Are you kidding? Clearly Randy and his company don't care about their customers questions or even begin trying to work with their client. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I loved everything about this - the enthusiasm of the lady running this was amazing and she did a wonderful job making my picture turn out just right! The quality of it is great. My day at Citadel Country Spirit Festival was made a lot more fun and helped give me a super duper unique photo memory of my day there. I left with a very positive impression of Brandywine Valley! Thanks for the opportunity!

While I was excited to work with NextGen, the event was not anything I expected. In the beginning, the owner was very responsive, eager, and open to working within my budget. He would email me multiple times, back to back, determined to secure the event. We agreed to do a exciting, interactive group VR experience. The final event was anything but that. We had a few headsets with three-four monotonous, and less than impressive "experiences". Only one of the headsets included a game that required interaction. The guest count was significantly lower than the amount of reservations we received. Part of this had to do with the very lackluster set up and experiences that left people disinterested. I reached out to the owner after the event to give feedback and remind him that we were accidently overcharged $100. I didn't recieve a response. I reached out again in a few weeks and nothing. Suddenly, the owner wasn't as quick to respond back. We paid almost 1k for 7 people...All in all, I feel completely scammed and would not recommend.
