Applied for a small business account and was led through a complicated application process, provided numerous legal documents, only to be turned away for my company's involvement in CBD products. Real shame they don't want to work with businesses that help epileptic children and adults. my main complaint is that they were inept of their own policies and wasted my time.

I would give more than 5 stars if I was able! As a small business owner, having move to The Bank of Elk River from a large nationwide chain, I can't even explain how refreshing the experience has been. Jody and Brittany are the best tellers, Bill the COO is a pleasure to chat with, Lynn in the commercial banking is super knowledgeable and friendly, and Gina in Business Development is fantastic! I am super happy with having made the switch and I would highly recommend anyone to do the same thing!
