I wished I could leave a better review...I really do because I'm a big supporter of local businesses. I'm having a unique situation with my brand new lifted F150 FX4 with a severe left pull and wobble. I spoke with Jake who recommended I bring it in and let them take it for a test drive. I showed up just after 8am but the business was closed. Another customer was there as well. I called the business number and Jake answered. He said they were just down the road at their new location but would be back in a few minutes...cool no worries. I hung around. Jake had one of his guys take a ride with me and he thought it may be a bad tire. Jake recommended that I come back that Friday and let them balance the tires to try to figure out which one was causing the issue. I called Jake a couple days later and said let's just cancel that balance appointment and i'll pay to order new tires through him and have his guys install them. He promised to send a quote. I followed up with a phone call and he said he would text me so that I could send him my email for the quote. I never got a text so I texted the same business number with my email. I never got a call, text or quote. I ended up purchasing tires through a different shop. Sadly that didn't solve the issue and I had to send the truck two hours north to Bradenton Ford. Been without it now for three days. I'm sure Jake's guys could have figured out the real issue if I could have just gotten someone to get me in there to actually look at it. I would have paid out of pocket for the fix too...just to save me from driving it to Bradenton. Tamiami Ford didn't want to address the suspension issue since it was installed by Bradenton Ford and not by Ford itself. To solve the issue, I would just pay to get it fixed. But...here we are.

Ya know its really weird you inspected the truck and walked around it never once did you complain about any scratches you also came in with an unsafe truck where your lug nuts weren't even hand tight....... i find this review to be misleading. Also if this was the case you should have brought it to our attention and new wheels would have been replaced.

If I could give zero stars I would. All I had them do was tighten my wheel spacers and lug nuts on my 2017 frontier Pro4x. Totally scratched all 4 rims where the lug nuts screw in..... really bad. Every hole/rim is scratched from the torque gun. Complete armature work. My brand new truck is now damaged. If you want to keep your truck nice, stay away from here. Will never go back.

Only shop im gonna be takin my vehicles and wheels to now. They all are real knowledgable. They take care of your vehicle/wheels. They pay attention to details and saw that my tires were mounted wrong from the people before them and made it right. My 2018 silverado 4x4 is on 26x14 and 35 furys and they made it ride smooth like factory when before it would shake real bad.

I dont know where to start Jake is a great owner great guy an only trying to make customers happy. Adam at the front desk is there for a reason an he knows his stuff, also has thick skin lol fantastic guy an employee. Augie is by far the best mechanic/ custom guy around! This guy doesn't play when he works on your truck or vehicle he gets down an dirty, he found so many wrong things with my truck when I went in, an fixed ever single thing, was not expecting that. The Truck shop does not cut corners an they go over everything not to charge you more but to make sure it's 1000% right. I recommend going here by the way if you read this far my truck is a wheelchair convered truck an they were able to get everything i wanted! Compound turbos built transmission an much more!! Can't wait to do more work with them!! Thank you so much.
