Jacob and Justin were very helpful in the beginning. I bought a truck from them on 1/20/2022 they told me it would be about 3 weeks before I would get it as they were putting a "new" motor in it. In April I finally got the truck and nothing inside the truck worked no HVAC no 4wd no radio and little to no power to everything else took it back the next day and was told they would have it fixed within the next 5 days we'll may 10 they finally gave me the truck but they were waiting on a transfer case for the 4wd it's now been 60days with multiple calls into them and no return calls back. The wiring is completely messed up motor mounts not tightened and the truck doesn't run. Now I was old a warranty and yet no one will call back. This is the worse service ever. There is much more I can add to this but as of now they have put a bad taste in my mouth and they refuse to live up to their word.

Worst car buying experience I ever had. Had been in touch with them for about a week for a inexpensive but over priced Toyota. Test drove the car and it was just ok. Had a few issues and they seemed to be scratching their heads about how to help but spend no time doing it. The young man that was helping looked like he would have rather been anywhere but there. Time to talk financing.Lol, biggest joke I have ever seen . I don't have the best credit but it's very good fair or good credit. 22 percent interest rate and they run my credit three times. Everyone knows what that does to your credit score. That place SUCKS. Don't waste your time people unless you're into giving a bank most of your hard earned money. Oh, yeah, was there over three hours twiddling my thumbs with no answers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! There's probably a lot of good car dealerships in VA Beach but this is not one of them!

I spent a week talking to a sales rep (Mrs. Williams) about a vehicle they had. After they ran my credit (Above 800) the GM calls to inform me this vehicle has a salvaged title!! Then the lowest interest rate would be 10.5%!! you cant make this stuff up. Avoid at all cost, they dont know what they are doing.
