Slowest embroidery company ever. Then 3 weeks later when I picked up the 3 shirts the letters were jagged and the equipment is over 20 years old. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They tried to charge $25 rush fee to get them in a week and when I refused they were very rude. Tried to get the logoI paid for but they wouldn't give it to me. I paid over $100 to get it digitized then they say its not mine to have on disk. I would not recommend anyone to get logos done digitized
Horrible customer service and below average quality work at best. Every time that I or my wife has dealt with any of the staff, they have been rude. I'm guessing that they really don't care about the average customer, but only those who have huge orders. We ordered 4 shirts and a cap with our son's baseball team logo on them. It took almost 2 weeks to complete the order, and then only after calling them twice to inquire about the status of the order. The first time they told me that the order would be ready the next day. Two days later when my wife called they said that the order wouldn't be completed until the following week because some items were on back order. An hour and a half after the second phone call we received an email saying that our order was ready to be picked up. When my wife went to pick up our order, two of the 4 shirts were messed up with sloppy work and excess ink/paint around the logo, and 1 didn't have the logo straight. When asked how long it would take to redo the shirts, we were told that the shirts would need to be ordered, and then they would have to wait for another larger order to come in to print them, because it isn't cost effective for them to print just 2 shirts. I will go out of my way to avoid doing business with these folks ever again!
Excellent customer service! We stopped in for a name embroidery, we were paying to get it finished by the next day, but when we told the employee we would be out of town and have to pick it up the following week he was happy to take care of it immediately so we didn't have to make a second trip back. They were friendly, professional, the quality of the work is great, and they took the extra effort to help us out. I'd highly recommend them!
Britney, we always value our customers input regarding our business. We're not certain where you come into play regarding team jerseys, as you are not our point of contact for the orders for Caldwell Little League. So you understand, we communicated early on that Texas orange was not available in the jersey colors and we were instructed to proceed forward with the other orange option. So, while we respect your opinion, you are portraying us as not communicating this information. It appears that the lack of that communication rests somewhere between you and who our point of contact is for the organization. As for us, we will always be transparent with our customers who do business with us, but we can't control how the information is shared to the people we don't deal with such as yourself. Should you have any other questions, please communicate those to the appropriate contact and we will always work diligently to address those concerns.

If you want a certain color I suggest you make them order a sample and check it directly. Several times now we see pictures of one color and get it and it's totally wrong. It seems to happen more and more. I'm not impressed and will be taking my orders else where.
