I wasn't the most pleased with the placement of my septum piercing which took a few tries(as I understand it is pretty normal) but for what it's worth Thomas seems to really take pride in his work and wants to see everyone is pleased with the results. He reached out to me about my initial review (which admittedly wasn't the fairest assessment of the situation) and seemed genuinely concerned that I was not pleased with the work. He offered solutions and was more than willing to do what he could to resolve the situation which I think is admirable and shows that he really cares about his outcomes.

Couldn't even get in, I just needed a new piercing jewelry because mine broke, they watch you standing on their closed door and ignore you. Apparently you need to book an appointment to purchase something, never seen that before. Waste of time...

First time getting my ear lobes pieced as an adult. Was extremely nervous but the staff was super helpful and calming. Everyone was very professional and the piercing was quick. Great first experience and would recommend to anyone.

Hi Nelli, We apologize for failing to communicate that all of our earring posts are implant grade titanium, even if the top is solid gold (as it was in this case). We do have a policy to make sure every client is informed of this prior to purchase, and sincerely apologize for our lapse in your case. But for those watching from home: Implant grade titanium posts are industry standard for the type of piercing jewelry that studios like ours carry that is, jewelry with a flat fixed back where the top is pressed into a hole in the post using a pin attached underneath the top. This is the current standard because implant grade titanium is more biocompatible than gold (and its the part going through the body) and more economical (few clients want to pay for more gold that they cant see from the front anyways). When our manufacturers begin to make press-fit posts in solid gold, we will be sure to offer this to our clients at an extra charge. If you were able to find gold earrings with a solid gold post from somewhere else at that price point, that is simply because they were classic clasp-back-style earrings that you get from the mall or fine jewelry stores this style of earring is much cheaper to manufacture, and is importantly not suitable for anything other than standard lobe piercings. In the case of your tragus piercing, for instance, a clasp in the back (whether gold or not) will collect wax and crusties and prevent the comfortable wear of music listening devices and other in-ear buds. Clasp-back jewelry is also one-size-fits-all and a very thin wire gauge which causes many people long-term comfort problems with their cartilage piercings. Flatback piercing jewelry, by contrast, comes in all sorts of different lengths and thicknesses which allows us to offer each unique person and piercing the ideal size for long-term comfort.

This is a late review, I got an earring form them, I already had my piercing. They said it was gold so I paid and left, thought nothing of it. Recently I got more earrings from another shop and those earrings are solid 14K GOLD, turns out that what this place sold me was not all gold, I paid $80+tax for that one earring, that wasnt even gold. But at the other shop I got the PAIR of solid gold earrings with solid gold post for $120. Was livid when they people at the other shop told me these arent gold and showed me.... straight garbage. Im still angry, I wanted to go back because they had a good variety, but no never.
