Absolutely horrible experience. Went in with my eyes so red and swollen I could barely see. The doctor said I have no idea what this is and you might just have to accept this as your new normal. He is very arrogant and speaks mostly about himself during your appointment. Total waste of a $160. I had even taken pictures of my eyes every day for almost 2 weeks so he could see what I had been through. I went to the hospital the next day and was diagnosed almost immediately. Don't waste your money or your time just go directly to urgent care or an ophthalmologist elsewhere.

I went in for a second opinion on a diagnosis. Dr. Richard was able to examine my vision with advanced equipment and knowledge. He explained that the first diagnosis I had received was incorrect and he showed me why. I appreciated his kindness and his ease in both listening and explaining my situation.
