It was a nightmare trying to get admin access to word press. I spoke with a representative and they said they can only give us the domain transfer but the actual website belongs to them. I asked for a copy of the agreement and when i read over the contract, nothing in the contract states that the website is their property. What a nightmare. I'll give 1 star because Brittany Miller helped me and was able to answer all questions I have and keep me in the loop. But definitely read the fine print. I have to start my whole website all over again unfortunately

We had very little help with our website for the amount of money charged each month. Very little communication. Didn't appreciate being charged twice in three days for closing our account. Especially when you pay a month in advance. would not recommend.

Going through some very hard times with this company. They say there going to fix your directory listings. For me they have more screwed things up then helped. Im 6-8 weeks in and my SEO traffic is much worse than it was before I hired the company. I have had to repeat simple instructions several times and they still are not corrected. Also they have not given me an update to show me they have fixed my directories as they had claimed. The whole team comes off as very inexperienced and unprofessional. I really think they are just a sales company that is hiring a seo company in another country. (India) Its the only thing that would come close to explaining why they are so terrible at there job and so many simple mistakes are constantly made. I had good seo traffic before I hired this company. Just wanted a few more jobs. They never warned me that my seo could be effected. My employees and families are hurting for money and its a huge blow to my business.
