Its my biggest mistake i tow my truck to dobbs Peterbilt Memphis.its been almost one month and they still dont know when theyre going to fix it.worst dealership Guys please dont take your truck to Memphis Peterbilt Take it any other place..im having long time over the phone but they dont care

They then send you a response saying can contact you with no way to respond to it. You have my phone number just call. This place was a hot mess bought 3 Freightliner CL-120 Gliders from them as soon as the sale was done they were pretty much done with us. The trucks weren't checked over at all before they took trade on them of that I am certain. One of the trucks since we started driving it has had a blown ECM and now I am told it also needs an overhaul as the cylinders by Fitzgerald were not bored correctly and the head gasket is done. The truck needs a complete rebuild for $19,988. This dealership is an out of control mess and I would stay away from them. They seem nice up front but it is purely a show to sell you a truck. Run as fast as you can.
